Welcome Home!

Meridian Property Management specializes in the management of Common Interest Developments (CIDs) of homeowners associations, condominiums, and active-adult age qualified communities. Founded in 2003, Meridian is staffed by experienced professionals who provide services in property management, financial management, customer service, maintenance services, recreation and hospitality event programming, information technology and community website services. At Meridian, we recognize the importance of the management company in preserving the value of your home and in helping your Association to run smoothly. To that end, we work diligently to provide a property management program that efficiently maintains and improves the condition of your facilities, enhances relations with your members, saves you money on maintenance, and contributes to increased pride of ownership and membership in your Association.

We'll always leave a light on for you!

With Meridian's new ONLINE Management Office, homeowners have 24/7 online access to our management office where you can review your individual account, make electronic payments, submit maintenance requests, access your association documents, meeting minutes, newletters and much more, all at a time that is most convenient for you.

Homeowners & Condominium Associations

Homeowners associations are formal legal entities created to maintain common areas and enforce private deed restrictions (CC&R's). Most condominium and townhome developments and some newer single-family subdivisions have homeowners associations, which are usually created when the development is built. As your community grows, so do your responsibilities and costs for effectively handling documents, fee collection, forms, important information and services that pertain to your residents.
55 or Better Active-Adult Communities

An "Active Adult Community" is an age-restricted community that typically requires at least one resident be age 55 or better and restricts anyone under 19 from being a permanent resident. Age restrictions may vary by community. In addition to managing the business of your Association, we can assist your communities’ Activities Committee by planning and organizing recreational and hospitality programs and events for your active adult community.
